About Allwright Student Lettings
Allwright Student Lettings is run by Fran and Jenny Allwright. A mother-daughter partnership, Allwright Student Lettings is based from Altrincham, South Manchester.
We manage premium properties in the most desirable student areas in South Manchester. We are specialists in lettings, property management, property renovations, decorating and HMO legislation.

Fran Allwright
Fran graduated in European Business with French from Nottingham Business School in 2003. She then spent 4 years living and working in the French Alps managing ski chalets, hotels and residences, gaining valuable experience in property management.
She returned to the UK in 2007 when she spent a year in London working for Mencap, the learning disability charity. In May 2008, Fran moved to Manchester to pursue her goal of running Allwright Student Lettings.
Fran bought the business from Jenny in December 2008 and it became Allwright Student Lettings. She runs the business from day to day.
Fran is currently on maternity leave from October 2011 until January 2012. She is also currently dividing her time between Manchester and Paris (where her husband works), so if you call and find a foreign ring tone, please send a text or email instead!
Fran is a keen skier and runner, having recently completed the London Marathon to raise money for Mencap.
Jenny Allwright
Jenny has lived in South Manchester for 30 years, since she herself was a student of Manchester University.
Following a long career in property, working for several major Estate Agents, Jenny bought a small lettings agency in 2003, which she ran for 5 years - trading under the name Jenny Allwright Student Lettings. With her architect husband, Don, she owns 2 of our best student houses herself and is a veritable property guru!
Jenny is now semi-retired but is currently covering Fran's maternity leave and is on call when Fran is away in Paris.
Jenny also likes to keep fit and is a keen endurance horse rider in her spare time.
