Allwright Student Lettings is a small and friendly student lettings agent based in South Manchester. A mother-daughter partnership, Allwright Student Lettings manages premium student properties in key locations including Fallowfield, Withington, Rusholme and Levenshulme.Our ethos is based around high quality, friendly and personal service.
All of our properties are are rated Code Plus by Manchester Student Homes, the jointly-run accommodation arm of The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
Our properties
We are currently letting properties for the academic year starting 1st July 2012. Properties range from cosy two-bedroom terraced houses to spacious six bedroom / three bathroom Victorian conversions. We also have a number of houses directly next door to each other, which work perfectly for larger groups of friends who want to stay close to each other but are struggling to find larger houses.
Facilities
All of our houses are equipped with the following as a minimum and most have lots besides:
Washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, cooker or oven and hob, quality furniture, fixtures and fittings, back yard or garden (and a gardener to keep it under control where needed!), fully functioning burglar alarms, double locks on front and back doors, locks on all bedrooms doors, bolts and security chains on front/back doors, spy hole to front door, security lights in back yards, padlocks on back gates, mains-wired smoke alarms (with emergency lighting in larger houses), self closing fire-doors and fire fighting equipment,
All our houses are ‘internet ready’ meaning you can connect without a charge or delay and many have high speed internet packages included in the rent.
